Yes. There is no charge for the consultation and no obligation to buy anything, ever. We don't take payment details to book.
Do I need to know my budget before booking?
No. Most people don't, and that's often the reason they book. Tell us what you like and we'll tell you what it costs at a few different levels.
How long is the call?
Thirty minutes is the slot, but we don't watch the clock. If you need longer, we'll stay.
Can I book a virtual consultation from outside the US?
Yes — most of our clients are outside Los Angeles. The booking calendar shows times in your own time zone, and we ship worldwide.
Can you design something completely custom?
Yes. Custom is what we do most. Bring a photo, a rough sketch, or a stone you already own and we'll work from it.
What if I need to reschedule?
Reschedule or cancel any time up to 24 hours before — there's a link in your confirmation email. No penalty.
Where is the Los Angeles showroom?
