We, at Segal Jewelry, stand behind every item we make. We want you to be happy, excited and thrilled with your purchase so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days, in its original packaging and unworn condition for a full refund or an exchange.
To return an item, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-231-7851 and share your wish to return the item with our representative for further return instructions.
Additional Terms & Conditions
- Special and custom-made orders are not returnable.
- Packages shipped to us beyond the 30-day return period will not be accepted.
- Packages without a tracking number or packages that are improperly packaged or are uninsured will not be accepted.
- Items must be undamaged and in an ‘unused and new condition’. Items that show obvious deformities or signs of wear or alterations made by a third party jeweler will not be accepted.
- Orders that have been made in payment plans are not refundable.
- Orders that didn't pick up by the client are not refundable.
- Please be aware that tension rings cannot be resized, as they have to be completely re-crafted. So, it is very important you order the correct size upon placing an order. If you need help making sure you got the right size, feel free to contact us at any time.
